PenguFocus “the App”) helps you stay focused and grow your penguin eggs entirely on-device.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected while you use the App, how it is used, and how analytics and advertising SDKs (Firebase Analytics / Google Mobile Ads) affect your privacy.

Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, limited diagnostic and advertising data may be automatically sent to our service providers (Google Firebase and Google Mobile Ads) to help us keep the App stable and free-supported:

• Device information: model, OS version, language, app version, and locale-derived country/region
• App performance & usage data: screen views, button taps, crash reports, and startup times (aggregated, non-personal)
• Advertising identifiers: IDFA (iOS) or AAID (Android), collected only if you grant system-level permission. Used to deliver, measure, and improve ad experiences.

Information Stored Locally

The following data stays entirely on your device and is never uploaded by the App:

• Focus plans and session history: durations, results, penalties, notes
• Penguin & egg progress: growth state, variants, hatch records
• User preferences: ambient sound selection, vibration intensity, dimming, timer presets
• Statistics & streaks: focus totals, badges, and memo notes after sessions

Deleting the App or its data will erase all these records.
