QuickMemo+ App Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2025
Preface
QuickMemo+ takes your privacy seriously while using the QuickMemo+ app (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes the information collected during your use of the App and how it is used, especially in light of analytics and advertising SDKs (Firebase Analytics / Google AdMob) now integrated into the app.
Information We Collect
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, limited diagnostic and advertising data may be collected automatically and transmitted to our service providers (Google Firebase & Google Mobile Ads) to help maintain and improve the App:
- Device information: device model, OS version, language settings, app version, country/region (from system locale)
- App performance & usage data: anonymous engagement events (e.g., which screens/features are used), stability metrics, and crash diagnostics
- Advertising identifiers: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS and, once Android is supported, the Android Advertising ID (AAID). These identifiers are collected only if you grant permission (via iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android ad preferences) and are used to deliver, measure, and improve ads.
Information Stored Locally
The following information remains only on your device and is never transmitted to us by the App:
- Memos: Your personal memos, journals, notes
- Templates: Built-in and user-created memo templates
- Quick dictionary: Custom word categories and entries
- App settings: Theme, quick input preferences, localized data
- Statistics data: Writing streaks, memo counts, habit analytics
You control these records entirely; deleting the app or data clears them from your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store the following:
